Victoria's Closet has the largest inventory of men's and women's consignment items in the Western NC area.

Items accepted:
Carefully chosen
Up to date and seasonal
Must be clean, not wrinkled
Neatly folded on hangers

Accepting seasonal garments:
We accept garments all through the year and use the following dates as a guide:
Spring / Summer garments: after March 1st
Fall / Winter garments: after September 1st

Conditions of sale:
Consigner receives 40% of sale price.
Price determined by Victoria's Closet and VC for Men.
Items will be on the floor for a total of 60 days: 20 days at full price. 20 days at 50% reduced price. 20 days at 75% reduced price. After sales period, remaining items are donated to charity.

Exceptions:
Designer, formal, and new or never worn items with the white tags are only occasionally reduced.

Items immediately sent to charity:
Unsellable, monogrammed, wrinkled, frayed, pilled, spotted, stained, containing odors or showing signs of excessive wear

Victoria's Closet and VC for Men assumes no responsibility due to loss, theft, fire or unseen circumstances.

Victoria's Closet is not responsible for notifying consignor of the sale or non-sale of garments or their credit balance. The balance is updated at the end of each month, and the cosigner may call starting the 3rd of each month for a new balance.

Returns will be given in store credit only or a 10% restock fee upon refund of cash, check or credit card.
